Your Questions, Answered

FAQs

We’ve answered some of the most common questions we hear about flooring installation to help you feel prepared and confident. If you don’t see your question here, our team is always happy to help.

Most flooring installations can be completed in one to a few days, depending on the size of the space and the type of flooring being installed. During your estimate, we’ll walk you through the expected timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

No, you don’t need to remove your existing flooring before we arrive. Some homeowners choose to handle removal themselves to save time or cost, and in some cases, we can install over existing floors—but we can also take care of removal and disposal for you as an additional service.

Furniture or appliance moving is not included in standard installation, but we can handle it for you as an additional service. We’ll review your space during the estimate and help you decide the best plan so everything is ready for installation day.

You don’t need to be home the entire time, but we do recommend being available at the beginning and end of the project to review details and the final result. We’ll coordinate everything with you in advance so you feel comfortable with the plan.

No, to protect your investment, we only install materials sourced through our trusted network of distributors. This ensures the products carry a full warranty and allows us to stand behind the quality of both the material and the craftsmanship.
